I was wondering the same thing. How hard would it be to implement this? I'd like to view who I gave rep to and the message I left them.

there are some things that we can do with reputations that we haven't implemented. That's because we are trying to do a bunch of things to make site access faster and more reliable. Once all of that is hammered out.. we are going to continue the dabate on the usefullness of reps.

if someone with high rep gives you points, you recieve lots of points. It works on a percentage thing.

It is entertaining reading some of the rep point comments as you scroll over the green dots. I keep looking to see when mine changes.
