2005 mazda 6i touring
So hello all. It is good to join such a great website... I have a bit of a story, but please comment with anything... So to start this off I will say this.. I am not here to bash anyone or company for that matter. I am simply stating my experience with Dynotronics.. And hoping for some replies from people who know Jo there. I took the plunge and decided to get the package from him. For my 05 mazda 6i. I bought this package on march 11... The first week or two went ok... I had a lot of questions of course seeing that I am not a tuner nor a computer genius.. At first I would get definitive answer on what to look for how to load files and log. Things like that..

He seemed a bit short possibly even annoyed that I had many questions.. Now I give people the benefit of the doubt. work is work quality product requires more time. I more than understand that concept.. Ive heard that he works hard and has a lot going on all the time.. Understandable being that I deal with clients on a one on one basis. And there are more than just one. So it's difficult to get to everyone and be perfect. But in my opinion Customer service and appreciation is what makes people want to come back....

So we get to the point where the ecu dump needs to be defined... Ok I say no problem. Your the man. Just do what you do. I look forward to it.. Then weeks go by. I don't hear anything. So I call say hey this is so and so. Just wondering what's going on with the process.. And he tells me the 05 ecu is different and a bit harder to tune.. And it is a bit more difficult to define the tables.. So I say OK no problem.. I was just wanting a status report.. But he always seemed a bit annoyed that I was calling.. And I'm thinking ya know I spent 600 dollars and it has been 3 weeks and I haven't even received a courtesy call. To at least just say hey bud just wanted to let u know we are making progress.. J just wanted to know what was going on. I mean that makes a world of difference to how the client feels about there purchase...

Anyways long story shortened..lol... I was definetly not ever told that it would take a month and a half to even come up with a base tune.. It has now been over 40 days ..I last spoke with him on April 24.. So call him today.. He defined a few more tables. But there are still more and we should have something within a week or 10 days.. And me being a nice guy says ok Jo no problem at all just was wondering what's going on with it... My question being. Am I about to get screwed out of my money..? Mind you I have been nothing but respectful to him and eager to learn.. I payed with PayPal and after 45 days I can no longer make a claim. On money I've spent.. Well 45 days is friday.. So I feel stomach turning about my money...

Just looking for words of advice. And like I stated I'm not here to trash talk anybody or say anything negative.. I just want to know what people that have delt with him would say to someone in this position.. I've read a lot of good things about him and that's why I went with him.. I still have faith but I sure would feel better to here some uplifting words.... Apologize for long post just wanted to explain enough to where people could get an idea... My first post a freekin story... Lol. Look forward to the benefits of being a member alongside all the knowledge on this website.
