I have a local shop installing the MAZDASPEED springs on my car, and I went to go pick my car up after they closed....but no car to be found!!! hmm. i have a message on my machine saying that they need to finish the car tommorow, that there was a problem with the rear suspension....needless to say I'm a little restless ;) and am wanting to find out what this 'problem' might be...anyone who's worked on the rear suspension, any thoughts as to what it might be? my guess is that it is the SR motorsports rear sway bar - any thoughts?

there was a post about someone having the SR bar end links causing some issues.....do a search...

They probably stripped the end link nut like almost everyone else does when they upgrade.

I have no idea what the problem could have been...other than the endlink bolts....as they are a b****. I was lucky and didn't damage any of mine...but on the rear end I took the end loose that attached to the bar insted of the strut as it was easier to break loose....the other ends mush have been put on by the "OIL FILTER APE"!!

the sway bar is fine, as are both end links - phew. now, my only problem is an annoying "clunk" from the front springs when i hit bumps. the car drives perfectly straight, stiffer (as intended) flatter and lower, but i keep hearing that "clunk". any thoughts as to what that sound might be?
