yes and no.... most likely it is your alternator belt. You have to lose the alternator by two bolts, then just adjust the tension. I will upload a picture for you... the problem is getting at one bolt.... for me anyway.....
i uploaded 2 files for you in zip format. These should give you enough info on how to do it... dont worry about actually testing the tension... do it tight enough and you should be fine.
