I would first like to say hello to everyone and I am very glad to be a member of the P5 club. I did not have a ton of money to spend and I got a great deal on a beautiful, sporty, sexy P5.

I bought this beauty off an old mazdaforums member... I do not know his nickname, but needless to say, his car was in great shape when I bought it, and I got an excellent deal on it.
Here she is,

It has an automatic transmission and 34,000 miles.
I want to squeeze every last bit of power out of this thing and make it as fast as it will go.

some questions....

can I install a turbo with a Automatic transmission?
Will it put too much stress on the car?
Do headers actually boost power? Will my car still be legal?
How about the Nology wires? Do they work?

I am a new car geek. I drove a 2000 Dodge P.O.S. Neon for 5 years till it's death. I want to be able to give this thing a breath of fresh air.

Thanks and HELLO!

yes, you can install a turbo, but its gonan be expensive simnce you will basically have to rebuild the tranny, but you can get some good power out of it, check out the FI thread about turbo-ing an auto, its stickied, so should be easy to find, he goes into some detail about it there
