A/C - Full control

I've seen a very detailed "how to" on how to perform a circuit delete on a P5 to gain full control of the A/C system.

I may be a bit of a control freak, but I prefer being in total control of when the A/C system is activated.

For us M3 owners, the A/C light doesn't even come on when the system self activates (like when the vent selector is set to floor or defog).

If someone out there has access to the wiring schematics, I would love to know first off, if it's possible, and if so, what has to be done!

It is definitely possible. It's a similar procedure to the P5 but I haven't gotten enough ambition to actually do it, take pictures and work up a procedure yet.

The only difference is where the P5 has two switches, the 3 (not M3) has one two-way switch. Should be a pretty straightforward operation.

(this doesn't belong in the Engine forum, btw. It's being moved to Electronics)
