Hey guys.
Looking to replace my 99 1.8L 4 Speed Transmission... research has indicated that the 99-03 1.6/1.8/2.0 uses the same FN4A-EL transmission. Does that mean I can use a 2.0L tranny from the 2001+ P5 or 2.0 Sedan in my 1.8L?
Is there anything I should know, or is it a direct bolt up and swap. No electronic compatibility issues or anything?
The 1.8L ECU will have no problem with a 2.0 tranny?
