98 Millenia S problems

first off none of my interior lights work including gauge lights but all other electrical items work, heated seats, windows, sun roof, etc. i have yet to dig into it, its just a winter beater and im not going to put a lot of time and money into it. it also for some reason runs rough at a cold idle, it wont die and it dips just below 500rpm, runs just fine above 1100 rpm and when the motor gets up to driving temp. starts to run rough after you start it and it finishes its warm up cycle.

check your "room" fuse alot people mistake it as the spare fuse its not. as for rough idle engine controle temp sensor also that sensor being bad may and will cause transmission to shift hard at lower speeds
