97 miles left in 3/36 and rear shock goes bye bye

Got lucky, less than 100 miles left on the warranty and the right rear shock takes a puke last night. Usually happens when I'm 100 over. Yay.

I have exactly 2 days left in my 3/36..(8,000 under the warranty still). But if they start to go bad I am just going to go with an aftermarket. I had the fronts replaced in October but I just don't trust them to last more than 25k and can't stand the bounciness of them.

They should give you a whole complete set.. 1 new shock and 3 used ones will compromise ride quality/handling (no)

I read somewhere that shock is not covered by warranty, so they are huh?

There is a TSB on the shocks for 07-08. I posted in another thread about it.
