95 Millenia starter problem

The starter will crank when it is cold but not when it is hot. I replaced the starter with a different used one but problem is still there. Has anyone else had this problem?

ignition switch (not key and tumbler) i got 97 and its white round with one philips screw holding it on its behind ur key and tumbler ull probably have lay upside in driver seat with flash light to see it one u get it out its either $113 for new one ur take really fine emery cloth and clean the copper connectors..
