my brake light is ALWAYS on , sometimes if im lucky it will go off once in a while for a little bit but it seems like the next thing i know.... its back on. Any ideas?

Have you checked the fluid? There is a switch inside of the resivor of the Master Cylinder that could be bad. The switch that is for the parking brake could also be making contact when it shouldnt be.

don't laugh lol well i am so go for it. i have a basic knowledge of mechanics, but low on funds so i know brakes are something that especially if they are above my understanding i should have a pro look. but if its just switches what are some suggestions? Thanks pro for your response too

To test if its the parking brake switch you need to remove the rear part of the center console. (its four screws) Then unplug the one wire leading to the brake handle and see if that solves your problem. If it does then pick up a new switch and install.
