Well, never mind I needed to edit this :P I jumped to a bad conclusion. Anyway the fuel rail was leaking ALOT of fuel was atleast 10 ounces of fuel was dripping out of the fuel rail in about 3 minutes. Could the injectors not be seated properly or could the fuel rail really be cracked? it hasnt been out and driving for about a month. Tomorrow I will try to figure out how to take off the fuel rail if it isnt cold out.

Have you had the fuel rail off before? Or did this just start? I would check and track it down to a specific injector. If these are all original, it may be time to have them rebuilt/cleaned. Services will do this and install all new hardware such as O rings and pintal caps. Ive never heard of a Fuel rail cracking on a B6T before....

It just started as soon as I replaced the fuel pressure regulator, I checked around the regulator and it isnt coming from it due to me not tightening it enough. As far as I can tell is its coming from the bottom of the fuel rail and quite a bit is coming out and yea the fuel rail/injectors are original. I felt around under the fuel rail and it kinda feels like a crack is under it but who knows this is the first time I've dealt with a fuel rail haha.

Well, you were close hah it was an o-ring on the pressure regulator. While I was putting th regulator in the o-ring slipped back further and wasn't seated properly. So it started to leak around the fuel rail making it look like it was coming from an injector.
