I wonder how he feels about our lack to catch Osama.
hey that reminds me that the military said they were going to catch osama in a year. remember that? wasnt that in 04?

not the troops fault!

No, they're the best. But they have to work in an environment not exactly helpful for the task. Also, for political reasons it's necessary to keep him out there so we always have this target we're fighting against. I'm sure our troops have been near him several times. If we didn't have terrorists (and increasing the number of people that hate the US) and dictators to overthrow, how are we going to justify the funding for staying a superpower. A big portion of our budget goes to oversea's aid and supporting the whims of whichever president happens to be in power at the moment. What are you going to waste the taxpayers money on otherwise? Katrina victims? Helping the homeless? Providing better health care?

Plus, remember a good portion of the populace in that area think he's a swell guy. If we had a famous radical, just think about how hard it would be for some foreign troops to work in our country, not knowing the language, with us locals working to subvert them and keep one of our heroes alive and free to keep fighting. Placing the label of "bad guy" on someone is relative, depending on which side of the battle you're on.
