I have one that I will be selling soon....as soon as its running. The computer is going crazy and dumping fuel after the car starts. Injectors go straight to 100% duty cycle. It will be fixed soon. I would like to get $3000, but that is neg. Just put a low milage engine in it(about 12,000), 89-91 turbo(NO shaft play, no cracks), new ACT street/strip clutch/pressure plate, Mazdacomp engine mounts, etc etc etc. Car has ~115k, bumper needs to be repainted(front). What else does it need? S-AFC/e-manage and some tuning.
The car WILL lean out right now, thats how the old engine went. I was saving up for a Haltech, but my brother took back his Miata and I needed a daily driver(thats where the Mazdaspeed comes in). By the way, this is a 10th Anniversary Edition also...
Unfortunatly I don't have any pictures of the RX7 right now, I need to get my friend to go over to Greg's place and snap a few. I'm having Greg Burns take a look at it, he will have it running very soon. If there's something in the wiring then I may just be forced to look for a Haltech....but I will snap a few pictures when I get a chance and then let you know. How soon are you looking at getting a car?
