The car fired right up. AFR is perfect, RPM perfect, vac readings perfect. Richman is yet again a happy camper. Unfortunately though, it is STILL raining. Haven't gotten a break from it all day. With the roads this wet, a test drive is worthless. Taking it on it's maiden voyage first thing tomorrow, and I'll try to take some footage.

Hey Rich, just wondering if you are still going to be putting your engraving, or name on the manifold. The 505 design in your sig. would be cool.

Bedwards6954, I am going to be running the perrin fuel rail to bolt up to this manifold.

the cheapest one I can find is 230.00 with 750.00 (rought guess for intake manifold) thats about a 1000.00 after shipping, just a little more and I could build my engine with forged internals....

though I still want to see the outcome of this mani!!!!!!!

Those three sentences alone are sufficient enough for me to buy one of these! Can't wait to see (and hopefully hear) the results.

dammit i will be gone all day so im gonna have a huge phone bill from contantly going on my phone to see the update... good luck rich!

Thanks for all the kind words guys.

She drove fine. I didn't take it all the way up to tramway for the after runs yet (want to give it a few drive cycles since I reset the computer), but from what I can tell so far, this thing is going to make some good power. No CEL yet, and that is with no resistor on the EGR circuit. I just have the valve plugged into it's harness and ziptied up by the battery, so we'll see what happens there.

As for the engraving, I don't plan to put anything on it at this point. Clean is better IMHO. Oh and no vids for now, there really isn't much of a audible difference anyway.

I will report back later tonight after a few more drives with it. (rockon)

Wow it REALLY comes to life at about 4500. The car just keeps pulling and pulling instead of flattening out up top. And it actually does sound a little more rowdy at WOT. So far so good.

I am not going to be able to offer the polished option... sorry about that, but all of them are going to have to be bare at the time of shipping. I would suggest shopping around in your local area for whatever finish you would like to put on it.

Well...Hurry up man..you COULD still beat me putting my engine in and Help me out a lot.
Damn C'mon..I wanted one untested anyway.
Just do it.
