But seriously, sorry about your friend. Only back is 5%, next car will be 25% all around. 5% is dark at night, but I check my blind spots 2-3 times before I change lanes...no worries

justhavnfun said:ok, nos and exhaust is on order. i posted earlier if anyone knew if the fuel pump was in the tank or mounted outside. was thinking of running a designated fuel line just for the wet spray and leaving the stock line alone since i hear fuel pressure is around 1600 psi. i don't think the wet kit will like 1600 psi fuel pressure at wot. another option would be to install a fuel pressure regulator branching off the stock line. any insight if either would be a good idea? thanks
Think you'll find its an intank pump - i'm not 100% sure but i'd be surprised if it wasntjusthavnfun said:ok, nos and exhaust is on order. i posted earlier if anyone knew if the fuel pump was in the tank or mounted outside. was thinking of running a designated fuel line just for the wet spray and leaving the stock line alone since i hear fuel pressure is around 1600 psi. i don't think the wet kit will like 1600 psi fuel pressure at wot. another option would be to install a fuel pressure regulator branching off the stock line. any insight if either would be a good idea? thanks

if fuel pressure is an issue, RRFPR to start with, then look at pump options after that.
designated line would be a reasonably good idea i'd think.
is the 1600psi fuel pressure at WOT the pressure actually in the lines/fuel rail?
Lecture???? I didnt quote you did I? Looks to me that someone is in need of some personal interaction skills. What do you think "companies" are in "buisness" for? Its all about money, DUH. I dont need to research it because I have lived it with the SRT4 communinty for over 2 years now. Looks like you are the one being an assjusthavnfun said:if you have nothing to contibute as far as USEFUL information please go lecture someone else. the dealer will not hesitate to screw you over if given the chance. a good example is the intake runner actuator. mazda knew what the problem was but they still make the customer bring the car in twice. once for them to knotch the actuator to preload it. then when that doesn't work. which is almost always. they have you bring it in and fix the damn thing right.
it's always about money with them not your satisfaction. i was going to cut and paste the many complaints about mazda screwing people over on warranty issues but whats the point you just want to be a ass. research it yourself. wish there was a smiley that would give this guy the finger! lol
Yes intank is 68 to 71 psi up to the high pressure pump then from there its 1600 PSI.LordWorm said:Think you'll find its an intank pump - i'm not 100% sure but i'd be surprised if it wasnt

I will try to reply to this with out pissing you off. The 1600 psi is needed for the direct injection, and at this point I suspect that you know what this is. The reason for the pressure is it has to overcome the cyl pressures to inject fuel. With cyl pressures being very high at times then needs to be a fuel system in place to over come those pressures. You could tap the stock line since I have not heard of anyone maxing out the stock fuel systems yet.justhavnfun said:i would think the pressure would be from the regulator to the rail. i don't know why 1600 psi is needed and i'm not getting any answers from my other posts on other sites. i think the easiest and safest way is to leave the stock line alone and figure a way to run a secound dedicated fuel line. i haven't lifted the car yet to really look at the fuel system. i was waiting for the weather to warm up a little. i'm very anxious to get into this car!

Speel chack why in wourld would I do tat? Its the internet and I have no reason to report my "typing skills" to anyone for a grade. What I do love is when idiots like yourself come in here and attack other members. So I am rude, condescending, and a f'ing know it all? Here little boy lets have a leson on dealer ethics and location. Every dealer in the US has a market area and you can not have 2 dealers in the same market unless it can support it. It has something to do with franchise laws. So simple thing said you can piss on the back of your customer and tell them its raining out at the dealer because they know the next dealer is over 20 miles away. Its not like your local Jiffy lube (one on every corner). So you owned a business for 20 years and you act like this, you sir need a hobby. Now the little stab on the srt4 thing was very grown up and I am willing to bet that you have not even takend the time to check up on us so I will do that for you. In less then 16 months we had the highest trader rating for the largest SRT4 site on the web, the most active section of all the vendors on that site, more personal products made by us then any vendor on that site, more happy customers then any vendor on that site, ect ect ect. I have had my company for over 7 years now and doing the website sales is new to us. In just the last 45 days we have had over 8000 people visit our site not bad for only supporting 2 cars for parts hey?justhavnfun said:first, use the spell check to hide your lack of education. i think you're the one who needs interaction skills, you're as abrasive and rude as they come. another f'ing know-it-all with condescending remarks.i know why companies are in business ass, and i also know what keeps them in business. customer satisfaction! thats why they push those damn surveys and like they do.when you make a customer bring his car back two or three times when they know what the problem is to start with, it pisses people off. i know a little about this, i've owned a successful company for twenty years. as for the two WHOLE years in the srt4 community...... wow! what a lengthy career you have. NOT!
LMAO!
i just farted...ptperformance said:Speel chack why in wourld would I do tat? Its the internet and I have no reason to report my "typing skills" to anyone for a grade. Now that we have you edumucation all fixoured up what else do you have to add. Oh let me guess you are going to give it to the dealer when your motor blow up right? Hell try doing some home work before you just start throwing parts at the car, I read a few of your other posts and you have no idea about the fuel system to begin with and you have the balls to jump my ass on things you have no idea about, catch a clue fella. So I suspect I will have a problem with you since I made this post, but the truth be told all I stated in the start of this is you pay to play. I suspect that you will blow your motor since you have no idea what you are doing and then blame the dealer for you stupid installs and use all your book smarts and business logic to "make them fix your mistakes", great all the books in the world will not give you the common sence that you seem to be lacking. With all this said I will keep away from your posts and hopefully you can keep away from mine. But then again you need a hobby after all. I need a forum speel checker, doesnt pay well atleast its a jub.
