4th Semi-Annual Florida Statewide Meet July 22nd 2006

We are having another Florida Statewide Meet on July 22, 2006 in Tampa, FL.

There will be bbq's, raffles, give-aways, awards and more!!!!!!!

All are invited to attend. Locations are currently being sought, if you have a suggestion post it in the thread labelled "Where to meet in Tampa".

This post will be continually updated as more information is obtained, so KEEP CHECKING BACK!!!!

I'm at work, they don't even friggin need me... I'm so depressed. I should be in Melbourne right now. Instead, I have one thumb on the keyboard and the other one up my ass.... God this sucks. I'm making this post my diary for now, I'm confiding in you as if you were someone who actually cares. I think my boss wants me here, only because he knew how bad I wanted to be at this meet, to make sure everything is going as planned. I just got off the phone with JCell, they said that it is amazing right now, then he repeated it, just to rub it in that I'm not there... prick. Anyways, I guess I shall reserve the rest of my rant for a later time, maybe I'll write again in three hours, when they're giving the awards out. Dammit.
 
Still at work... sorry I haven't checked back in, in a while, I've actually been busy... stupid inventory. Just got off the phone with some people at the meet. There's a buzz in the air about how awesome it was. People are already starting to talk about the next one. Damn I'm jealous. I wish I could've been there. I know the next one is going to be even better. This sucks. If I'm lucky, I'll be able to get out of here around 9:00pm. Twelve hours of work. Man, I'm bummed about this. Not only did I miss this awesome meet, but for a place I hate as much as the dentist. Oh well, hopefully some of you will be getting home around now, so I'll actually be able to communicate these pent-up feelings. Kind of like the old "if a tree falls and noone's around, does it make a sound?" If all of you are at the meet, then you can't read this, which is the same as never typing it at all. Damn Einstein and his relativity. Relative to me, this day sucked, why do you ask? ha ha, only because I've spent it at work, instead of at the meet. Don't know where I'm going with this anymore, so I shall end it.
 
Let's make the next one in... Orlando?
Although melbourne was a pretty nice place to have it.
 
I vote Northern Tampa!! Unless there is some bad ass park right on the Bay like torward the sunshine parkway? Also start at 11 and end at 5, also if there is any sort of judging make a set register time so they can judge fairly and quickly I felt bad Raider didnt even get to take pictures, also I will cook again......and I want to MC a late 2006 meet in Ocala like the 2005 one but set a date early so everyone can figure out time off and such.
 
I'm down for Tampa if it's in July. I live in sarasota so that will be convenient for me.

Ok, just added the poll for location. We don't have dates in mind yet, because I need to find out when our summer inventory is going to be (I'll be damned if I miss the next meet b/c of stupid inventory).
