Can you explain what type of "computer upgrade" did you do?
Hello there. I hope you are weighing two stock cars with the same exact parts on it.Yell03SpecV said:the SH is heavier, and slower in a straight line. fyi, just to test, we weighed an 01 SH and 01 Base -- 200 pounds is just about right.
You are an idiot. I've seen plenty SH beat base model.Yell03SpecV said:yep -- 2 stock cars.
and dont try to make me look like an idiot -- even though you own one, doesnt mean you're the all-knowing about preludes. i have NEVER seen an SH beat out a base in 1/4 mile trap speeds.

Basically, you are telling me that 3042-2954= 200? In theory, we'll compare two similar Civics, DX vs EX. DX is lighter since it has no power windows/locks/ABS, but that doesn't mean that the EX will always lose.
IT HAS DIFFERENT ENGINE PARTS for both engines. And if you know that it is driver dependent, why would you argue with me that the base is ALWAYS faster than the SH?Yell03SpecV said:published curb weights are usually VERY inaccurate.
do some corner weighting on a few of the same car here and there, and you'll realize this.
not to mention, every 100 pounds of weight is equivalent to 16-20bhp loss (not whp)
so you explain to me how this SH beating the base model phenomeon is possible.
and dont call me an idiot. et's are irrelevant, as they are driver dependent. trap speeds are a much better indication of power/weight ratio.
Haha bish.. we still gotta have lunch together.Jliao said:Prelude SUX! especially when an asian drives it! *cough* Charlie *cough* ^^
