4.8 Second 0-60!!!

Sorry about being off topic here, but would you be able to smell it from inside the car with the windows rolled down on a red light? (crazy)

Yes, windows up or down if its bad enough you will smell it. If you have the blower on too you might be able to smell it more coming through the vents.

I ran a speed graph of my fastest quarter mile run and came up with a 0-60 of around 4.8

I'm sure it's not 100% accurate, but the formula that I came up with hit my 1/8 and 1/4 traps on the money. like to the hundredth of a mph.

Driver311 and Laloosh achieved some pretty impressive times for modded Mazdaspeed 3s. If you average other cars that have 1/4 mile times between 12.6 and 12.9, you can figure out what the 0-60 might be.

Driver311 12.793 @ 106.900 mph

I can't say I agree with that logic. All cars are geared differently, have different power-weight ratios, etc.

I'm a firm believer that 5 seconds flat is attainable in this car with the right launch. Might need a traction bar and stiffer motor mounts to do it, along with sticky tires.

like maybe... slicks? like anthony had on his car? I can almost guarantee his 0-60 time was knocking on the door of 4 seconds flat.

Agreed. I think because we have so many traction issues in first and second, which is where the 0-60 lives and breaths, with full boost and the tires to hold it, it would be an easy feat.
