3M Clear Bra Paint Protection Bulk Film Roll 12-by-60-inches

Has anyone successfully used this 3M product on their CX-9 or on any other car? Is it doable and is it worth doing? I saw it offered by Amazon for 40 bucks.

Based on reviews, I installed diamond-shield nano on my headlights. Can't say the installation was easy on curved surface, but I am happy with the results.

i don't like the stuff personally. i haven't seen any issues with chipping paint the first year i've owned the car (unlike my 05 titan which apparently had .000001in thick paint). it's such a pain down the road to remove and when you do, you're faced with unevenly worn paint.

It's good to know CX-9 doesn't get affected as much as my Nissan Maxima. It's front facia has so many tiny sand like bruises throughout the years due to majority of highway commuting trips.
