36k Mile Warranty on CX5 almost up - TomTom a little whacky sometimes

should I bring it in for them to check it out?

Often times the GPS does not detect my current location and is at a standstill so I'm unable to utilize navigation. It gets back on track after a while but still inconsistent. I've updated the TomTom software maybe 4 months ago or whenever the last update was but I don't think that's the cause. Is this something many others are experiencing?

The UI is bad enough but a simple navigation unit acting up? (bang)

Had similar problems with the Nav locking/unable to find satellite. Went in for first service yesterday and they "performed bulletin 09-020/14" which seems to have solved the problem. Will repost if there are any further issues
(dunno)

That is actually the 10.854 update. This is an update you can do at home using the Tom Tom Home Software.
