323 Protege '02 ES Different Tire Size?

Hello Guys,

Got an quick question.

I am looking to replace the weired stock 195/55R15 tires with a different size since the originals are pretty expensibe

Currently looking at 195/60R15 or 190/60R15

I also used this dandy calculator http://ejelta.com/tiresize/index.html which suggested
205/50
195/50

Someone has suggested 205/50 since handling is negatively affected with a higher aspect ratio.

Will all of these fit? Are some better than others? I decided not to consider anything less than 190 since they look too thin.

I guess Canadian ES Proteges get 15 instead of 16 inch tires and wheels? My 2002 has 16s. But in the event yours does have 15s, I would go with the 205/50s as long as you have no issues with rubbing.
And by the way, a quick look at tirerack.com shows many different tires in 195/55/15 size, so I guess it's not that weird after all.
