what makes his car NOT street legal? I'm a CJ major, and his car is street legal, however, if Florida has emissions testing, he may not pass, but his car IS street legal.

Do you guys know of anybody that dynoed with the stock turbo at high boost ? (12psi+) id like to know what to expect
