Heres my 2003.5 Mazdaspeed. I really had no intention on picking up a mazdaspeed until my cousin, thepope540 told me to go take a look at this one on craigslist. It has a few issues but for the price I couldnt refuse. For the most part it is stock, other than gauges and corksport's smaller version exhaust, and a welded differential.

Not sure how crazy Ill get with the mods. Itll most likely see a full 3" exhaust downpipe included, some sort of engine management <-- havent decided, fmic w bov, and some motor mounts.

I used to be into miatas pretty heavily. My car became so hardcore that I really couldnt drive it as often as I wanted to. Im currently parting it out. (unamused)

Miata looks to slow ;)

But congrats on the MSP Pick-up! I like how you kepted both of your cars blue ;)

Does that car run? I talked to that guy and he said it didnt run and wasnt sure what was wrong with it. did you get the spare motor with it and everything?

He sold it to me the assumption it didnt run. Basically, he was driving it one day and it started breaking up real bad. I dont think he tried driving it afterwards, he just took it home to park it. I put an all new ignition setup on it, which will hopefully fix the issue. I drove the car around after I got it and it ran perfectly fine, then after about 15 mins the check engine light started flashing and the engine was breaking up again. The car also needs a wheel bearing installed, which Im doing this weekend, and part of the reason I havent drove it again to check out how it runs now.

Yeah it came with the spare engine that has wisecos and k1 rods.

hahah yeah. It blows. Still came with a cleaned head. I may rebuild an engine to put in the car with the pistons/rods.

My goal is to have the car run till next fall on stock boost then rebuild the engine. In the mean time Im gonna do exhaust/fmic/ecu. I really dont know what engine management I want though. I see alot of conflicting arguments back and forth between all the products.
