Will these work with H&R springs on the speed6? I am trying to decide what size tires to put on a set of 18x8.5 wheels with a 48mm offset. Would I need to get the fenders rolled or would these not work no matter what I do?

Sure, they'll "work", but you must roll the rear fender lips for clearance.
