22.05 pounds of boost!

I got to drive chinkysuavo's msp @ 10 psi. It was fun and felt faster than my car =( Dammit I need more boost baby, this stock stuff isn't cutting it. Oh and some bad integra tried to keep up with us getting on the freeway =)

Has anyone even gone over a bar besides joe p here without blowing the motor? Search button isn't my friend right now and it can go to hell.

ok, before i get a flame barrage, i will let you know that we were pulling the old "getting drunk while working on the car" routine, so our initial mechanical judgement was a little tainted, but..........

...we put in the boost guage and then hooked up the Joe P MBC. Anyways since i was a little bit, uhhhhh, influenced,(and without the instruction sheet that came with it), i put the damn thing in backwards! So we pretty much had no boost cutoff, and found that out the hard way by overboosting a couple times. Each time we hit at least 1 BAR, and a little more, until we realized it was on backwards. It was funny cause we kept adjusting controller and werent getting any changes. just like "what the ****". (And for all those who care, this was out in Central Wisconsin sand flats, long, straight roads with not a person on them). Anyways, my point is that we did that a couple times,then fixed it, and that was months ago. I have since been running about 10PSI and have had no problems from it. Oil isnt burning, good acceleration,(even with super rich loop), etc.

I could of swore I posted a reply last night. But anyhow I'm trippin. I need to get the boost up there and see what it feels like with the front mount.
