205/60/16 on stock MP5 rim

Uhhhm... Maybe... If your suspension compresses too much, it'll rub pretty quickly... The 60 profile will lead toward horrible handling, particularly turn in and whatnot...

I personally use 205/50R16's, but I'm going to be switching to 205/45R16's next time I need new tires. =)

thanks for the info.. I just found a cheap set of winter tires for the size 205/60/R16, that is why I wanted to know if it will fit and run fine. Dope, too bad. anyone can confirm or had try this already and know it doesn't fit for sure??

I would say no, especially for winter tires, you want a thinner tire if anything, not a thicker one.

According to my calcs, the diameter of the tire will be 2" bigger than stock, or 8.5% bigger. The speedo will be off big time and they will fill the wheel well a lot more.
