Anyone have any recommendations for aftermarket splash guards/mud flaps for the 2024 Mazda CX5 2.5 S Select that does not require adaptions or drilling new holes?

I don't think you need to drill holes.
I installed mud flaps on my '17 CX5.
You can view the instruction manuals on the pages (of products).
The Jack Nut is a bit strange if you never deal with one.
However, no need to drill.
