2018 Mazda6 Turbo TMAP sensor location for JB4?

I’m struggling to add a JB4 tune to my 2018 mazda6 turbo because I need to plug in the last sensor the mass air pressure sensor but I can’t find it. I’m thinking it’s on the passenger side towards the top of the intercooler like on the Mazda CX-9 and CX-5 however I don’t see it. i was hoping to get a answer before I remove the bumper in case I don’t need to remove it.

Yes I think it should be in the same spot. Are you sure you're looking in the right spot?

For what it's worth, removing the bumper should be pretty easy, it's just a little nerve-wracking the first time you do it. I have a CX-9, and I've had to remove my bumper to uninstall and reinstall my JB4 a few times. It takes a bit of time, but once you have the bumper off everything should be visible.

To confirm location, I would just send an email to Terry @ Burger Tuning, or post in the JB4 Mazda 2.5 Turbo forum.

Honestly I don’t even know if I’m looking in the right spot. I talked to someone on Reddit who is helping me. Is it this gray wire and you follow it to the top? I would’ve taken my bumper off already however a stupid screw got threaded and I can’t get it out.

Honestly I can't say for sure, it's hard for me to tell the orientation. The connector is right at the upper left corner of the intercooler if you're looking at it from the front.

One of the reasons I took the bumper off is because of how hard it was to disconnect that connector the first time. I knew where it was and I could feel it going through the lower grille area, but I just couldn't get a good hold on it. If you figure out a way to extract or drill out the stripped screw, it's worth doing. Good luck!
