2018 CX-9 GT - Bosectomy

So I am planning another Bosectomy. This will be the 4th one I have done and the first on a CX9.
I have
  • 2 pairs of alpine component speakers for the front and rear.
  • 10in pioneer subwoofer
  • 4 channel pioneer amp
  • Class d pioneer amp
  • LC1 from audio control
  • 7band single din EQ
  • Wiring harness to bypass stock Bose. I’m going no cut on the factory wiring with this budget build.
  • I’ve also built but not finished a fiberglass sub box.
So my question to other gen2 cx9 owners, any thought on where to put the Eq so it’s within reach of the driver and have it not be ugly?
Thoughts (besides you stuff is junk lol.)

The only spots I can think of are the storage cubby under the HVAC controls or inside the glove box. I think glove box would be the cleanest install, but if you're constantly adjusting the EQ it's not ideal.

I didn’t think about inside the glove box. That would work. I’m going to design and 3d print a divider/bracket to mount the eq too.

Thanks for that sm1ke!

EQ is a set it and forget it kind of thing, so you don't need constant access. Tuck it away somewhere not needed, like under a seat.
