2018 CX-5 Rear door panel questions- FIXED

I had to remove my rear inside door panel. Reason the inner weatherstrip between the glass and panel was off of the metal door shell. I can't get the inner weatherstrip on the door lip when trying to put the panel back on. The weatherstrip is attached to the panel in the middle only. Is that how it is suppose to be? If so how do you get the molding over the door shell lip. Also, what is the best way to remove plug from back of power window switch without breaking anything?

I Figured it out today with more light. I found the clip to release the switch harness. The weatherstrip was hung up on the upper door panel alignment clip. I slide the weatherstrip off and attached it properly to door shell.
