2016.5 CX-5 GT OEM Infotainment Replacement

The current infotainment touchscreen in my 2016.5 CX-5 GT has ghost touch issues so I’m looking to replace it with a used one from an auto-wrecker.

Since my GT has a Bose audio system with specific Bose audio settings/options in the infotainment menu (such as Centrepoint & AudioPilot), will I need an infotainment unit from another wrecked GT that has a Bose system, or do all 2016 models have the same infotainment system settings/options?

Search this site, there's posts about disabling the touch function which seems to fix the ghost issues. If you don't use the touch (most don't) could save some bucks and headaches.
