2014 CX5 Touring: Weird characters in messages and emails

Hi,

hello zoom zoom family. (I have waited so long to say that). I am a newbie here with a bit of a strange question.

When I pair my blackberry bold 9900 to my vehicle's bluetooth, when emails come in, after after word comes "=20" in the message. If i ask it to read the message to me, those characters are spoken too. Extremely frustrating.

For example, If i receieved a message that said, Hi, my name is yunvi. My screen will have "Hi=20my=20name=20is=20yunvi=20"

Any one seen this happen, and or know how I can take care of it ? I called my dealer about it, and they want me to bring it in. Hopefully, i will be able to figure this out with your help.

=20 is the printable code for a space. Try going into your email settings and remove MIME encoding.

im guessing you meant on the phone ? will have to try this out when i get home.
