I have a 2014 Mazda CX-5 2.0 4x4, and I just got the P0171 (System Too Lean, Bank 1) code.
While checking the MAF sensor readings, I noticed that when I press the accelerator, the value briefly drops to 0.2 - 0.5 g/s before increasing. Is this behavior normal?
The car was serviced two weeks ago at a Mazda dealership, and I’ve already checked the air filter box, which looks fine.
Could the MAF sensor be the culprit or is there a airleak? Appreciate any insights!
