2014.5 CX-5 GT AWD with tech - NB1 or NB1 Live?

I went to the Tom Tom site and was offered two options: NB1 or NB1 Live?

Which should I use?

I have a 2014.5 with Tech 10/13 build...it has the traffic feature, but nothing on TomTom Home gives me any choices about the Live features...

If it's anything like the handheld GPS, the live features require a connection to data (bluetoothed phone) and probably a sub.

In the USA, the Nav system in the CX-5 there are no live features, not even when paired with a cell device.
The NB1 in Europe are different and do have Live services. It has a cell radio and SIM card inside the unit.

The USA NB1 gets its traffic information via FM Radio Traffic RDS system.
