2012 MS3 Total Stereo Replacement

Please help!!! I live in L.A. and you'd think here definitive answer would be easy to come by, but not the case. I've had my brand new 2012 MS3 for 2 weeks now and everysphop I've been to has given me a different answer. I have an entire stereo system from my last car. I'm dying to get it installed (the Bose is swell and all, but it doesn't hold a candle to my Alpine system.
I'd be replacing every component. Where I need help and answers to are these:
What systems will I lose and what do I need (wiring) to keep as many functions working as possible?
-Steering Wheel control module?
-which is the best one and what will I def lose?
-functions retained?
-beep sounds when buttons are pushed?
-Nav
-works/doesn't work?
-works but no audio features of it?
-2 upper displays
-info center screen display?
-fuel economy screens?
-other info screens on that display?
-Nav...etc.
-duel level l.e.d. screen?
-temp controls and all other displays on bottom half of it.
-I expect, of course, to lose top level audio info
-beep from blind spot monitoring system
-if you can think of any other things I should know, please feel free to add in response!


I need someone who has done a full replacent to give me answers. I'm really anxious to get my new (new to this car) stereo in. And no one has been able to lay out all the details.

PLEASE HELP!!! Again this is on a 2012 MS3 (of course came with factory Bose)

I'll probably be replacing my system this Summer and can post a report, but I didn't get all those extra gizmos (Bose radio, dual zone climate, nav, BSM), so my experience may not help you much. I'd suggest calling Crutchfield, they seem to be somewhat knowledgable though some of your details may be over their heads.
