Hi All,
I am a newbie here and just found this forum. I searched but did not find a related post.
I bought a 2012 Mazda 3 Activ Sedan in Jan 2013 when they had a clearance. I feel my alarm is acting funny and want to know if this is how it should work.
I can arm and disarm the car with the remote when all the doors and trunk are closed. The funny part is that I can also arm and lock the car's door when the trunk is open (the light on the dask lights up too) so the car knows the trunk is open. Is this normal ? Is there a way to make it so that it wont arm the car when the trunk is open ? Unfortunately I did not notice this when I bought the car.
