I think, for the sake of discussion, you will have to provide more info.
For example:
1) does the idling gets smoother when engine is warmed up
2) does the rpm fluctuates when idling
3) does the engine shakes abnormally
The possibilities are many, from cam position sensors, throttle body, ignition to simply bad fuel.
