2011 Mazda3 Auxilary Gaguges & Color change on OEM gauges ??

Just wanted to know if anyone out there has any info on these two things. I want to add some extra gauges either on my pillar, or dash but im having alittle trouble finding them for my car...

The other question i have is if its possible to change the color of the OEM gauges...

Can anyone help ??

A friend said that if taken to a mechanic, it is possible. But if done by someone who doesn't really know how to, it will probably lead to the destruction of the car. But personally, I don't really have an idea.
