2010 Navigation SD update available, won't accept Canadian credit card?

mazdanavigation.com is where it all starts. It doesn't accept canadian credit card to ship to US P.O box or outside of US. price is $199 on website, and says to call dealership to order. Signature mazda charges $330 to get it. I tried to ship to a US P.O box but it said "address on card doesnt match destination address"

does anybody here live near the seattle/tacoma area I could just drive down and meet up to pick this sd?

I see there also Canadian sellers on the list, if that makes any difference.
