I don't see why they wouldn't.

those are the OEM LED tail lights. They originally only came on grand touring models and I think speeds as well. I think in 09 they put them on the s models as standard so they're not quite as exclusive, but they're much brighter and look better.

1st gen sedan= 1st gen sedan. Yes, they will fit.
And though you didn't ask, the hatchbacks are different. Even the Speeds are slightly different from the NA hatches, but they can be easily made to fit. Its just a tight fit.
