2009 CX9 Code P0356

I have a 2009 CX9 that is stuttering and throwing a p0356 CEL. Is this code specific for any part in the ignition system or is it just a broad code for misfire. I was looking at the prices for ignition coils. Approx. $100 a piece ?!?!?!? That seems really expensive. Do you just change one by one them when they go bad or what, does it take $600 for a tune up? Thanks for the help!

Dealer has computer to find out which one is bad.
For DIY, you have to do it one by one. The cost is about $108.
