2009 CX-9 with AKS does not start after battery drained

Hey guys,
I left the lights on all night last night and that drained the battery. I then used a booster battery to charge up the battery on my car and tried to start it. But, the KEY icon on the dash flashes RED and does not start the car. I can see that the battery is charged - all electronics come on.
Has anyone come across this issue? What should I do?

Please help, I am stuck............

hmm. Your first issue is that your lights drained the battery. The cx-9 monitors any source of power drain and cuts it off after a couple of minutes, so that should not have happened. Interior or exterior, it kills both of them. No idea. Sorry.
