It sucks we lost our site here in Denver. Not sure why but because of that we lost both our Tour and ProSolo.

i believe the Feb event is in Homestead motorsports complex. i have a lil insight on it cuz my autox club chairman is on the SCCA board and attends all the board mettings and our schedule for the season has that event as a 2 day national event.

Being that I am one of the core workers for the club you are talking about, I will chime in on this.

As of right now, there is no Tour scheduled for South FL. There is a SE divisional scheduled for that date. Homestead motorsports complex site(Kart track actually) is too small for a really good Tour.

We are working with SCCA on getting this sorted out. I will try and keep you guys updated.

Tour format is a 2 day event.
On day one you get 3 runs on a course.
On day two you get 3 runs on a different course.

Your time from both days is added together and whoever has the lowest time wins.

Depending on how the CSP Miata becomes this year, I might head over to the Huntsville event. I've yet to do any part of a national tour.

Moxnix summed it up succinctly. Typically, the second day's course will be a reverse of the first with a few modifications.

Next time there is a SEDIV divisional in Atlanta, you should attend. It'll be the same format. Shoot, the CoC event this year was basically the same format, just summed into one day.

Just a bit of an update on the prosolo events. Some events will be done in a single course format. This is the first year they will be trying to do a single course format and there is not much information out yet about what exactly the single course format is but they do have the list of what ones are single and what ones are doubles.

Yes we are running 4 ProSolo type 1 day events in D.C. in addition to the National Pro in D.C.

But you need to be a member of the D.C. region to register for the local ProSolo events.
