Greetings to ALL,

Im a mazda 1.5L axela 2005 user from Dhaka , Bought my car 1 month back. everything running smoothly expect its burning more FUEL then it suppose to be, after buying my car i changed plugs to denso iridium performance plugs.

Im getting milage 3~4 KM from each Ltr Octane but my Teacher driving the same model but hes getting 7~8 KM from each Ltr Octance. Im really being worried what can be the issues ?

Total Milage in my car : 43,000+ / KM

I really love the performance , its a beast :D , just need to sort out why its burning more fuel

if u guys can help me out to fix the issue , i will be really thankful to you

thnx in advance :)

Clean the MAF, and see if someone can test the your O2 sensors to make sure they are functioning correctly. You are comparing your mileage to someone else's, but can you be sure you have the same driving habits? Is it possible the difference in your mileage vs your teacher's isn't related to your right foot?

thnx alot for ur co-operation :)

you are right my teacher and my driving habit isnt same but im getting half milage compare to my teacher so something definitely wrong. i wouldn't mind if I get 20~25% less mileage
