2005 Mazda 3 2.3L shaking while stopped in drive

My 05 mazda 3 SP23 70k miles shakes while stopped and in drive. This only occurs at this time...stopped while in drive such as a red light or stop sign. It seems to happen off and on throughout the day, shaking harder sometimes than others. Is anyone else experiencing this or does anyone have an idea as to what this is? Thank you!

It's probably the motor mount on the passenger side or the tranny mount on the drivers side. I would change both of those as well as the rear mount since your car is 5 years old. If you pop the hood there's a good chance you will see some fluid around the passenger mount. The rubber used on the mount is filled with oil so if you see fluid around the mount you will know it's blown.
