2004 model, front end clanking when hitting bumps

I am new here and just bought the car yesterday. I have rolled windows down and turned off fan and radio to pin point where its coming from. I would say its in the suspension somewhere. When i roll over bumps in the road i can hear a definate dull clunk sound coming from the front end. What might it be?

I have had similar issues in the past and it was control link arms...small cheap things. DO these cars have the same ? Anyone else with similar issues?

Shock absorber bushings, link bushings, or some other bushing in the suspension

Did you just have the brakes done?

I recently bought an '05 mazda 3 and the dealer had replaced the brakes when he purchased the car. I had a similar problem in the rear end. It took 2 weeks for the garage to determine what the problem was. It turns out it was something in the rear brakes, possibly the calipers.
