2003 mp5 intake problem

WHAT IS THAT SOUND COME FROM MY INTAKE???? PLEASE HELP

Sounds like a broken cylinder, had one in my Saab 9-5 a few years ago. That sound doesnt seem to be coming from just the intake.

Shut off your car. Do not attempt to start. Call tow truck. Take to nearest reputable mechanic. Prepare to empty wallet.

When the car is acelerated the sound stop and sound normal

I don't think it'll make that sound for very long, it'll go away.............and walking or tow truck will be required.

It is not the intake.

From the sound of it, it sounds like something is loose and it keeps hitting something. Maybe a loose screw from a fan that makes it rattle, maybe the protective shield at the bottom, or something else. Doesn't sound like it is the motor (Atleast to me it doesn't)

Could it be the exhaust shield?
