The deal fell through because the way PA handles it's titles. We have electronic titles and the buyer could not wait the 2 weeks it would take to get the title. it is back on the market.

I'm confused about this part, I live in PA and always had a physical title for ever car I owned.

Is there a lien on the title? Who has the title?

Is the car still for sale?
