2002 P5: What Part Number is the Driver Side Radiator fan?

I have a 2002 Protege 5 and it seems the Drivers side Radiator/Condensor fan is going out. What is the part number for this fan so that I can purchase a replacement.

I plan to purchase a Non-OEM fan but wanna make sure the aftermarket is the same as the one on the car now.
